The Same as Windows XP Starter Edition, with the following limitations:
- Only Three Applications allowed to be running at once.
- Running Applications can have no more than three windows open.
- Only one User Account allowed.
- PC-to-PC Networking not available.
- Printer Sharing is not available.
- Maximum Resolution is 800x600 pixels.
- Country-Specific Wallpapers, Screensavers, and Localised Help.
Windows Vista Starter Edition is lacking a number of unique features, found in most of the other Vista product editions.
- No Aero User Interface
- No support for Castle-Based networking.
- No DVD Authoring Support
- No Gaming Controller Support
- No Image Editing with Enhanced Touchup
