Debugging in Eclipse:

• modify/copy run.sh and include the following line:

JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Xint -Xdebug -Xnoagent -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=12999,suspend=n"

• Add a debug configuration in Eclipse for "Remove Java Application" on port 12999.
